Winery Review: The Sean Minor Central Coast Pinot Noir is a medium-bodied wine, which displays aromas of ripe plum, violets and coca powder. On the palate, the Pinot offers luscious flavors of dark cherry, blackberry and floral notes with a touch of spice. The integrated, bright acidity provides a length finish.
My Review: I am a fan! Cherries/raspberries, plum, and a hint of baking spices/tobacco on the palate. In my opinion this is a tart wine. Enjoyable amount of acidity, I would definitely agree with the medium body mentioned above. I also really detected the tannins lingering. I tasted this wine on its own, without food. I would drink this wine again.
